During the video session, we’ll review your uploaded tax documents, provide an estimated refund or tax liability, and outline the cost of filing.

If you choose to move forward, we’ll handle the filing securely. If not, there’s no obligation — you’ll leave with a clear understanding of your tax situation.

Before the meeting, please upload your tax documents through our secure client portal.

New clients can upload documents as a guest without creating an account. Returning clients should upload documents directly to their existing portal account.

We’ll review the documents during the video meeting and provide your estimated refund or tax liability and filing cost.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures your meeting time is protected.
